Bryant K. Searcy known throughout the sports community simply as Coach B, has had success with the game of basketball as a player and as a coach. He played in Europe from 1991-1996, which ended due to re-constructive knee surgery. After his playing days were over he immediately went into coaching. Coaching a German 3rd league women's team to a championship, propelling his identity in the coaching ranks, and has had success at every stop. Coach B has served as the Officer in Charge and coach of The United States Marine Corps Men and Women's Basketball Program respectively, winning a combined 4 medals in 6 years and also has won back to back National Championships for youth travel basketball teams. His experience as an Athletic Director and Dean of Students motivated him to help student-athletes whom wanted to get to the next level by educating them on what is needed on and off the court to help them transition from high school to collegiate to pro. Kromis graduated from Berkner High School in Richardson, Texas before joining United States Marine Corps in 1987 and retired in 2009 after 21 years of service as a Master Gunnery Sergeant. As a Marine, Kromis served many positions including head coach of the United States Marine Corps basketball team. While attending SMU after the Marine Corps, he applied his skills as a manager in the private sector with Life Time Fitness, where his main impact was on the children’s basketball program. He currently serves as a speaker for the Jos Foss Institute and was honored as a member of the Veteran’s Honor Society as a student at SMU.
Nolan was born & raised in Tampa, FL, where he graduated from H.B. Plant High School, and currently attends the University of Tampa, majoring in Management Information Systems with a minor in Mathematical Programming. He has a well established understanding of the game of basketball from all sides of the game. Nolan has been involved with the game since youth having begun playing at a very young age and all throughout high school in almost all formats and arenas. Nolan currently owns his own company, FS Productions, which includes 3 branches FSP Web (Website Design), FSP Talk (Public/Motivational Speaking), & FSP Hoops (HS Recruiting Service).
Denitra Harvey a graduate of White Knoll High School in Lexington, South Carolina she competed in Track and Field and Softball. She is a graduate of Columbia Southen University with a Master's in Public Administration, has volunteered for the last 10 years. She has worked with Autism Speaks, JDRF Palmetto Chapter, Girl Scouts and as a Coach for youth basketball for underprivileged children in Lexington, South Carolina.
